Was blown away by the view of Mt Fuji from our balcony even though it was a bit of a cloudy day. Welcome drink + coffee machine in the lobby with a view of the moutain is superb! Loved the private onsens as well. Did not try the public female/male ones. Room was very spacious and luxurious even with an extra adult and toddler in tow. We had a hire car (highly recomend for the Lake Kawaguchiko area) otherwise the hotel does have a courtesy bus at various times. It is a bit of a splurge staying here but well worth it.
