Zahlreiche Ausflugsziele

Tolle Gegend zum Fahrrad fahren. Abseits der Elbe wird es aber schnell anstrengend. Noch mehr Möglichkeiten gibt es zum Wandern für alle Ansprüche vom Spaziergang bis zur Klettertour. Vieles ist über den ÖPNV erreichbar (inklusive).

Wohnung für Bahnliebhaber

Freie Sicht auf die 55m entfernte Bahnlinie Dresden-Prag. Bereits ab 5:07 Uhr morgens kann man den ersten Güterzug bestaunen. Nach 2 Tagen konnte ich bereits den Railjet, die Baureihe 146 der Linie S1, sowie die Baureihe 114 am Klang unterscheiden. Fenster öffnen ist daher schlecht, zumal auch die Raucherecke der Immobilie ca. 2m vom Wohnzimmerfenster entfernt ist. Internet via WLAN funktionierte nur sporadisch und konnte auch nicht "repariert" werden. Last but not least stimmt in der Immobilie etwas mit der Belüftung der Abwasserleitung nicht. Der Geruchsverschluß der Dusche funktionierte nicht, so dass es im Bad schön stank. Da wären wir dann wieder beim Öffnen der Fenster. Wir sind vorzeitig abgereist, in ein Hotel umgezogen und haben uns ausgeschlafen. Es ist zweifellos eine sehr schöne Wohnung, doch die Lage ist schrecklich. Hätte ich mich vor der Buchung über die Lage informieren müssen oder hätte der Vermieter in der Wohnungsbeschreibung die Nähe zur Bahn erwähnen müssen? ... keine Ahnung.

Urlaub in der Sächsische Schweiz

Wir haben eine schöne Urlaubswoche in Königstein verbracht und uns viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Sächischen Schweiz angesehen. Die tolle Ferienwohnung entsprach unseren Vorstellungen und die Abwicklung des Aufenthalts war problemlos. Wir werden die Sächsische Schweiz, Königstein und die Ferienwohnung gerne weiter empfehlen.

Super Wohnung in bester Lage

Tolle und sehr gut eingerichtete Wohnung, sogar diverse Gewürze etc sind vorhanden. Von der Lage her nahezu perfekt, da zentral und verkehrsgünstig gelegen - wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Zwei Dinge sollte man allerdings wissen: Die Bahnstrecke ist nah, für Leute die bei geschlossenem Fenster nicht schlafen können oder wollen ist das hier vermutlich zu laut - bei geschlossenem Fenster hört man aber fast nix. Und die Wohnung ist nach Nordosten ausgerichtet, Sonne gibt es also nur morgens.

Schöner Winterurlaub

Auch wenn im Winter keine Saison ist und viele Gaststätten geschlossen haben. Lohnt es sich trotzdem ins ElbsandsteinGebirge zu fahren. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter auch wenn es manchmal drüb wäre, mit Schnee sieht ganze Gebiet auch super aus. Und diese gemütliche fewo liegt perfekt zentral in Königstein, nicht weit zu Fähre und Bus/Bahn. Auch Einkauf Möglichkeit und Bäcker sind in der Nähe. Und die Wohnung ist einfach super für zwei Leute und super gemütlich. Können wir nur weiter empfehlen und wer es genauer wissen will, sollte sie buchen ;).

Schöne, moderne Ferienwohnung mit Liebe zum Detail

Wir sind das zweite Mal hier gewesen und würden es wieder buchen. Die Wohnung ist modern und mit Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet: beispielsweise ist Kaffee, Tee und Kakao im Schrank, unzählige Handtücher liegen bereit, schöne Bilder der Sächsischen Schweiz hängen an der Wand und im bereitliegenden Wanderführer kann man die nächste Tour planen. Die Wohnung liegt zentral und unweit des Bahnhofs. Wir sind viel mit der S-Bahn und Bus (in der Gästekarte inklusive) gefahren. Das war super! Leider fahren die Busse sehr unregelmäßig und die Auswahl an Restaurants im Ort ist beschränkt (z.T. geschlossen oder ohne Reservierung kein Platz). Dank der guten Küchenausstattung und der Edeka in fußläufiger Nähe bzw. der Anbindung der S-Bahn an Wehlen und Pirna kein Problem.

Modern und liebevoll eingeräumte Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr modern, super sauber, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, mit Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer und Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Herzen von Königstein, super zentral, fußläufig zu Bus und Bahn und vielen Lokalen. Leider waren diese im Februar 2022 geschlossen. Tolle Ausflugsziele sind schnell zu erreichen.
