The manager and staff went truly above and beyond to help us as we had lost our passports. The hotel itself is well located and the room was large by Japanese standards. We would definitely stay there again if we were in Kochi.

このホテルに泊まってよかったです。残念なのがバスタブに毛が数本落ちていてもう少し清潔感が欲しかった。食事もよかったです。また機会があれば利用したいです。

エアコン制限で暑く寝苦しい。清掃不足

初日にいきなり浴槽の清掃が不十分で不快な気分に。エアコンの設定が集中管理で室温設定が出来ず滞在期間中ずっと暑く寝苦しく2度と宿泊しないと思います。

ダブルルームだったのもあり、思ったより部屋は広かったです。 スタッフの方々は皆さん笑顔で親切でした。 町中なのでひろめ市場や高知城から遠くなく、目の前の通りに並んでる椰子の木が南国風が旅の気分を盛り上げてくれます。 古い建物ではありますが、楽しく快適に過ごせました！

日曜市で有名な追手筋沿いにあります。 ちょうど繁華街の帯屋町の真ん中位にあり、高知城にも徒歩10分程の便利な場所にあります。 受付の方も感じよくテキパキされていました。 駐車場は敷地内にあり、係の方が感じよく案内してくれます。

今回の部屋はダブルペットにソファもあり ゆったり出来た。枕元にコンセントもあるので 携帯の充電に困らない。駐車料金がかからないのも嬉しい。ただテレビの接触が悪かった

高知城やはりまや橋、ひろめ市場が徒歩圏内で大変便利でした。 繁華街を選んだから想定内ですが、夜中に騒ぐ人の声が気になるかな？ 以外は悪いところは無い良いホテルでした。 日曜市が目の前なので、荷物を置いたまま早朝から買い物に出掛けられます。買いすぎましたが…。 帰りに氷を頂けたのは有り難かったです。
