We had a fantastic experience. Room was really pretty and the suite had a nice hot tub. The riverside view was really pretty, and they had a nice public onsen bath complete with riverside view, jacuzzi jets, and even massage chairs and complimentary drinks in the lounge area. Could also book a private onsen for ¥2,000 which was really reasonable. Service was excellent; staff were friendly, helpful, and respectful. They had some English-speaking staff on duty. There's a ramen shop and a convenience shop a short walk away.
