Main issue was the smell, the bathroom reeked of mildew to the point where it was almost impossible to use it, as well as having obvious mold on the grout in the tiles. With this being the case of the cleanliness of the bathroom we ended up having to buy sheets to put over the bed as there were stains of unknown origin on the bed and curtains.
