Good hotel in Phi Phi island with good buffet breakfast and the swimming pool. About 8 minutes walk to Ton Sai pier, very near to 7-11, many convenience store, money changers and restaurants around the corner. I will definitely stay here if come to Phi Phi Island again.

The hotel is in a great location. It's in the center of the resort and easy to walk around the resort. The staff were lovely, the breakfast had a good variety. Our room was steps away from the pool and clean. We would definitely stay here again. It's reasonably priced compared to others in the same location. We were met at the port and they escorted us to the hotel and carried our luggage. Great service.

Stayed for 2 nights , i couldn't fault the hotel and staff were very friendly and helpful , the location is perfect , the breakfast was very good with plenty of choice , oh i nearly forgot the shower , the best shower ive ever had in any hotel , piping hot water instantly and very good pressure, definitely a 5 star experince.

Stay on Phi Phi

Great location in middle if town. We had one poolside room and a third floor suite with outdoor shower. Splurge for thecsuite it was a very nice room. Staff were great.

Fantastic place

Our stay was amazing. Phi PhiPalmtree is situated right in the middle of Tonsai village, close to…everything. We stayed at the suite, which was large and very quite. We loved the outdoor shower (note to hotel: the plastic curtains do not hold up in the wind…). The staff was super friendly and helpful, the hotel pool is fun, and the pool bar was great. We enjoyed every part of our stay and will be back again!

We loved our stay here! It’s about a 4 minute walk from Tonsai pier but someone meets you at the pier and helps carry the bags which is appreciated! The room was clean and the AC was awesome. Would recommend!

The room was quiet, you didn't feel like you were in the middle of the bars. The staff met the ferry and got us checked in quickly and the hotel was a short walk from there. 2 nights on Phi Phi, no complaints from us.

The rooms here are pretty nice, especially for how inexpensive they are. The staff was wonderful and the complimentary breakfast was so convenient. The only negative thing we had to say about our stay is that the beds are similar to laying on a concrete floor. We don’t mind a firm mattress, but this was next level.

Very picturesque The room is average definitely not the best we have stayed in Several issues like not being able to charge your phone if the lights r on Also as always in this kind of accommodation there r the inevitable cockroaches outside The pool access was nice but very unwell whilst here so no chance to appreciate it Also there r no cars on the island so a taxi is a shopping trolley for your cases and a walk to wherever u r staying

It is middle of the both side of the island. Amazing location. The pool is not big but does the job. Very friendly staff. The room is big,good shower. But when you get in there is smell of mold. I did not see any sign of it,but there is a huge smell. The breakfast team was not the best. There was a good amount of food, but the team was too noisy; they were talking , and laughing, and it was kinda hard to get their attention to ask for a cup of coffee.

Rather old hotel but still maintained. Staff super friendly. Many mosquitoes in the room, we got bitten and couldn't sleep too well. Breakfast not recommended... Lukewarm coffee and tasteless omelette. We couldn't eat most of the stuff on the buffet table because there were flies swarming over them. There's a coffee place right in front of the hotel, and everyday we saw 5cm long cockroaches coming from the coffee place towards the hotel reception. I think the hotel should do something about those humongous cockroaches.

Arrival: Rented the suite after reading reviews. There is a bellman that will be waiting at the pier upon your arrival. Look through all the people holding hotel signs until you find the right one. He loaded the bags on a cart and we took the short walk to our room. Hotel is very convenient to EVERYTHING, especially the center of the market. Check in: Front desk staff was friendly and spoke pretty good English. Check in was a breeze. They even provided recommendations for excursions. The room: It was spacious and had very good ammenities for a hotel of its age. I will say the mattress was one thing that kept this from being a 5 star review. It was very stiff and I love a firm mattress. The best thing for me was the OUTDOOR SHOWER. The temps were in the 100's. That shower made we want to have one installed outdoor, immediately upon my return. Hotel: Breakfast was okay. There is an omelet station. I wish there were non-pork meat options but the veggie omelet was good. Pool appeared to be nice but we never had the opportunity to use it due to our schedule. The bar is right there at the pool and they had a good selection of liquors, juices and beverages to choose from. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future. I may ask if they have a softer mattress next time though.
