Trop Bruyant le soir, au retour des jeunes dans leurs chambres. Calme le matin, pendant qu'ils dorment, vous pouvez profiter de la piscine qui est très belle avec son jacuzzi ! 👍 Chambre convenable. Pdj correct ! Je n'en dirai pas autant du personnel de l'accueil et du Pdj pas aimable du tout !!! Dommage !!

Easy to walk to lots of dining, shopping, the port, etc. The only problem I had was that in our room, right on the top of my pillow was a decent size piece of broken glass, like a piece of mirror. I didn't mention it to the front desk since we were there for one night only.

Highly recommend a trip to Phi Phi.
It was a nice place to stay for a few days. The AC did not work very well though, even after they “fixed” it. Phi Phi is a great place to visit and the locals are very friendly. I highly recommend visiting there. The scuba diving was good. I recommend going through Princess Divers.

Unser Deluxe Bungalow ist das kleinste Hotelzimmer das wir je hatten und sehr abgewohnt. Das Zimmer ist schmutzig, an den Handtüchern hingen fremde Haare, genauso im Badezimmer auf der Ablage. Die frische Bettwäsche hat braune Flecken. Die Dusche ist eine Katastrophe, da ist nur ein schäbiger Duschvorhang, an dem unbeschreiblich ekelhafte Verschmutzungen waren. Der Raum war voller Moskitos, was ärgerlich ist. Der Lärm durch die Musik ist enorm. Das Personal ist nicht bemüht und auch nicht freundlich. Würden wir auf jedem Fall nicht mehr buchen, zum Glück sind wir nur zwei Nächte hier. Außerdem müsste der Duschkopf mehr als dringend gewechselt werden, nicht einmal mehr die Hälfte an Wasser kommt durch die mit kalk verstopften Löcher.

Stay away - awful hotel
Such a horrible hotel! The bed feels like laying on a pile of wood. The staff is VERY unfriendly, and unable to reach them to book a boat to here, they don’t answer. When I asked them about it, they said they were busy, even though they were all on their phone as we entered the reception. The pool area feels dirty. The room is old, the shower was awful. Only good part was the balcony but the view was directly into another room. Stay away from this awful hotel.

Good Hotel with Great Staff!
The staff were amazing and the hotel was pretty nice. That said the beds were pretty uncomfortable and the toilet required multiple flushes. It is somewhat understandable as Phi Phi is a fairly small island. Overall a good hotel.

Good stay with coco
Good stay at coco. Beds are comfortable. With bungalow you will hear the music from the clubs at night and also the shower had very low pressure. Besides that I enjoyed my stay, and I would have no problem staying here again. Very central.

El hotel está al lado de la zona de bares. Nuestra habitación daba a la calle principal y la ñrimera noche no pudimos dormir hasta las 04:30, por la música y los gritos de la gente que pasaba por la calle. Pedimos cambiar de habitación y nos dieron otra que daba a la piscina, aunque los gritos de la gente no se escuchaba, la música si. El desayuno normal, típico de allí. La piscina genial.

The location of this hotel is incorrectly placed on the hotels.com map. I ended up being 20 minutes away from the place I needed to be every morning. AC is not working in the place. And the place is very noisy.

Nice place but not great service
Good - the pool which was cleaned daily, close to the beach and lots of restaurants/bars, friendly and helpful front desk staff. Needs improving - beds were a little on the firm side, breakfast wasn’t great - not much variety in the options and the cook making eggs was incredibly rude (getting stroppy when I asked for eggs to be remade after I saw condensed milk being added to the mixture and refused to eat them, she was quite argumentative), items wouldn’t be refilled at breakfast and staff would be too busy chatting to top things up which wasn’t great when it happened on a daily basis and we stayed 5 nights, rooms were nice with balconies but there was an unpleasant drain smell every time we showered or use the sink, housekeeping staff were slow to clean our room and would have to be repeatedly asked as well as missing out topping up basic things like toilet paper and tea bags.

Every thing about the place was pretty good but it needs to upgrade the mattresses in the rooms an there is a nightclub not far from the hotel that is blasting the music till early in the morning hours but it’s not there fault other people in other hotels were complaining also

Great Price for a great palce
The resort is in a pristine location and you can really get anywhere on foot.. even barefoot! The pool is very nice and they have a breakfast area with the best breakfast my friends and I have ever had at ANY hotel.. staff was so amazing and helpful. The island is very small and there was some construction across the street so sometimes early in the morning it was a bit loud but overall I would highly recommend this resort to anyone coming to the island.

totalmente recomendable. Sin duda el hotel máslimpio que hemos pisado en todo tailandia. el personal extraordinario. muy atentos con todo, super amables. La piscina de 10. jacuzzi de 10. el desayuno buffet bastante variado. Como únicas pegas: el wifi iba un poco lento, el baño perdía un poco de agua. y para llevarse un 10 de puntuación sería perfecto que pusieran unas barras de tendal en el baño para poner a secar los bañadores. sacando esos pequeños detalles, sin duda el mejor hotel que hemos pisado en tailandia.

Overall decent, construction, don’t do laundry!
Great, except for a power outage one night. And a lot of construction starting early in the day and continuing until about 5pm. Only other gripe would be I dropped off laundry at the desk the first day, they had a nearby launderer. Got my stuff back on time, but my pair of shorts I left returned with reddish pinkish stripes...😐 I asked what the collective was going to do about that and the front desk girl told me she’d call someone and to come back in 5 minutes. Well I went back, and the cleaner was there and said she did this and that, but there were no apologies. I said there should be a discount, and things just got more heated with the front desk girl... Had to raise my voice to the cleaner to make the front desk girl give me a discount for ruining my shorts... There was a bit of a shouting match, but I got my 20 baht discount. Less than $1 Canadian btw.😐 Don’t do laundry there FYI....

Flott hotell i meget bra område!
Det var et flott hotell, som kommer til å bli enda bedre! De var nesten ferdig med et fint basseng når vi var der. Renslig hotellrom, bra lokasjon og god frokost. I området rundt var det mange restauranter med god mat og mange boder/butikker. Sengene var vel litt i det hardeste laget, men går helt fint å sove på. Resepsjonisten var ikke så veldig behjelpelig, hun var ikke så god i engelsk. Men renhold folkene var utrolig snille, så det er et stort pluss! Når man reiser til Phi Phi, vet man at det er litt festing på kveldstid, så litt musikk må man regne med. Men det var ganske «innelukket» område, så det var heller ikke noe problem å sovne til. Alt i alt en veldig fin opplevelse!

Great location and nice staff. However, the bed was strangely hard (and I like a firm bed and this was hard and painful) which made it difficult to sleep. Also, there were a lot of mosquitoes already in the room when we first checked in. I know this is hard to prevent in a tropical location but perhaps staff can shut the door when cleaning the room. There is major construction happening on the grounds but that wasn’t too much of an issue.
