« We picked this location due to its proximity to parks, walking trails and West Knoxville business meetings. We were pleasantly surprised by the many helpful amenities including excellent Wi-Fi, excellent air conditioning, safe parking area near the entrance, private laundry area, two full bathrooms, two full porches with lovely views, large windows with peaceful garden views and a full-size refrigerator in the kitchen. « This was a perfect stay for my friends and I! We loved the authenticity of the home and the old vibes it gave. We had a little issue on check as our door code was changed prior to arrival but the app Dack came to the rescue allowing us to unlock the door whenever we needed. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Knoxville area! »

« Cozy little place right next to downtown Knoxville. Its a very old place, and looks and feels it. But it served my purpose for a couple of nights. Jake, the property manager, is great and was always very prompt to respond to queries. »
