Great location near urban wilderness trails

Great location, close to the urban wilderness biking trails and to downtown Knoxville! My wife and I enjoyed staying at this location to attend a race in Knoxville. The house was conveniently located near everything. We would stay here again!

The place is about 15 minutes from town. There are freight trains across the street and roosters in the back yard. It’s kind of rural. Amazing duplex very roomy The roosters in the back yard was cool & the house actually looks better in person vs the pictures on the site. We enjoyed our stay only thing we would say is more toilet paper we only had one roll to last the entire weekend.

Plenty of room, place was clean. Yes, going into the neighborhood might look a little rough but the house is located in a great location. No noise, not much traffic. I would stay here again! I don't think you will find a better option for your money!
