If you choose to park your vehicle in this lot between the hours of 7 am-6 pm, the most recently advertised cost for the lot is $7 for the day. Some lots, including this one, advertise free parking after 6 pm on weekdays and most weekends with the exception of football weekends. A nearby alternative city lot is located at 109 W Jackson Avenue. The most recently advertised rate for this lot is $7 per day with no free options offered on nights or weekends. There are four stairs to reach the building entrance. There is one flight of stairs is required to access the condo's front door entrance. Once inside, the condo has two stories and the master bedroom is up one set of stairs. PARTY DISCLAIMER: This is a very fun part of town and there are plenty of places to have a good time in Old City. However, this is NOT a party home and parties at the condo are strictly prohibited. Parties, unauthorized events, or unregistered guests will result in immediate cancellation with no refund. This deposit is not a charge or extra payment, but it is a $250 hold only. Pictures don't do it justice Comfortable stay for 4 adults. Adequate cookware, entertainment, and parking. Very clean and private. Loved the vibe of the area due to the proximity and overlooking view of both the street and skyline. This really added to the soft ambiance and little touches that made our stay most enjoyable. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go, with many choices of restaurants, nightlife, and shopping. Parking was only a 3 minute walk away, and the unit was so clean. Yes, it is loud on the weekends after 10 PM (as listed in tbe description), but if you have earplugs or a sleep mask with speakers, it is no problem. Great stay! ##### Mandi S. Walking distance to the venue and surrounded by great restaurants and bars. Downside is the party town and noise right outside your door until 2am. We were ready to go home after 2 nights. Very cool space, clean, and walking distance to many bars and restaurants. As noted in the description, there is noise from the bars and restaurants and the cargo train that goes by, but this was not an issue for us. Just mentioning it in case you have sleep issues. Our only hiccup was getting information on parking. Once we got past this, everything was perfect. Definitely plan to stay again. ##### Karen M. The loft was charming and very clean. We loved being able to walk to downtown restaurants and shops. My favorite features of the loft were the floor to ceiling windows and old brick walls. The only downside is the area late at night was a bit noisy from the street and very close to the train tracks, so you will hear the train passing through the night. We would stay here again and very impressed with professionalism of owners/management. We love Knoxville!!!! I love the touches of having laundry wash and dryer sheets. It was ver conveniently located and walkable. The street noise is rowdy, but we are used to it from living downtown Seattle, felt like white noise to us. The ear plugs provided will save you from that if you’re not used to it.
