#### Fabulous Family time!

This was the perfect place for the 8 of us plus one dog to stay! Not only was the interior beautifully appointed, sparkling clean, and well stocked, it had ALL the extras! A hot tub, a sauna, all the standard cooking spices and essentials, shampoo and conditioner and fresh flowers! There’s an incredible game room and the BIGGEST big screen TV we have ever seen! Outside we took advantage of the basketball hoop and went to see the kittens at the barn. We ran out of time to fish in the pond.It is convenient to Knoxville and Maryville and the airport. We spend one afternoon doing the adventure ropes course at Navitat which is about 20 minutes away. We got a family pack of barbecue one evening, and enjoyed sitting at the big table together. Mornings we had coffee on the front porch overlooking the pond.The hosts could not be any friendlier or more helpful. We look forward to returning again!

#### Fantastic clean, spacious yet cozy cabin

The cabin has large rooms, perfect for a group of family members or friends. It is clean and the kitchen has helpful appliances. The porch and family room are perfect for hanging out and chatting. The game room was a huge hit with all ages. I recommend it 100%.

Such a unique and beautiful property. The owners were great with communication and have thought through every detail you can imagine in the home to ensure everyone’s stay is hassle free and enjoyable. Feels like your far away from everything on a farmland oasis, yet only a 15 minute drive to campus and downtown Knoxville. We hope to visit again soon!

#### Wonderful Family Retreat

Kevin & Brandi have curated a beautiful cabin. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and all of the amenities available for our use. We loved the Hot Cocoa station and thought the welcome note was such a sweet touch :) There was so much space for our family to relax, and enjoy the quiet and beauty of the cabin. We made lasting memories celebrating the newest Doctor in our family and can't thank Kevin and Brandi enough for hosting our family.

#### Holidays at the Big Ponderosa

We wanted mountains and rustic and relaxing and the Big Ponderosa nailed it! We were a party of 8 adults - 3 couples and 2 singles and everyone had space and felt comfortable. We cooked in the kitchen and the guys grilled a few times. Some of us fished while others napped or made puzzles. We were far enough away to escape the crowds but close enough to enjoy activities in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. No treacherous mountain roads for those who come from the bayou or flatlands. The cabin had amenities like a sauna and hot tub which were enjoyed by some of us. The cooks loved having pots, pans and utensils available to cook with. The ladies loved the hand soaps and comfy toilet paper.Our hosts were always responsive and helpful. Overall this listing is definitely a 10!

#### So Sweet!

I was so surprised to enter the cabin to find the Christmas tree lit! Everything was decorated and so welcoming! Each room’s fireplace was lit and bedrooms were decorated. There was even a stocked hot chocolate bar! It was amazing! It felt like home.

The log home is charming and well equipped, with plenty of room to spread out. The hosts are very responsive and helpful, and worked hard to meet our needs. The upstairs suite is roomy and lovely, as well as the upstairs second room. Beds very comfy. The basement rooms are a bit of a work in progress, but cool and clean! Our only suggestion is to replace the squeaky bed frame in the lower bedroom!

#### Perfect spot for multi-generation trip!

From a 3 year old to grandpa and grandma, our family enjoyed this space! The game room was a perfect spot to hang out, play games and cards and there were plenty of TVs for different shows. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was clean! We have already talked about using this as our meet in the middle family reunion place since we could rent additional cabins on the same property! The kids and grandparents loved the catch and release pond. We hope to stay again in the future!

#### Perfect Place for Knoxville and Dollywood

We were so impressed with everything about this cabin. The cleanliness and hospitality was off the charts. The location is perfect. 15 minutes away from all that Knoxville has to offer just a 45 minute drive from Dollywood. You avoid all the crowds and craziness of the theme park and have a quiet, relaxing retreat to go to at the end of the day. We can’t recommend this place enough. We had a wonderful trip!

We wish we had never had to leave! We loved absolutely everything about this place, but most importantly, Ari - the sweet little furbaby that lives on the property. Brandi was an absolute gem of a human being and I wish I had gotten a chance to meet her in person. I will 100% return if I'm ever in the area again!

We absolutely loved this cabin for our friend trip to Knox. The owners were very communicative and gave clear instructions. The cabin was beautifully decorated for the holidays which was a nice bonus. The property is gorgeous and we really enjoyed Ari's (barn cat) company. My only bit of feedback was it would have been nice to have more towels or beach towels to accommodate hot tubbing! We will definitely use this cabin if available for our future trips to Knox!
