This is a cute studio condo perfect for one person. It's in a great location and has basically everything you need. The host is amazing and quick to respond about anything you need. There were a couple things to fix, but he is on it. The futon is not comfortable, but may be okay for a very small child. The regular bed IS comfortable. The parking is covered, which is super nice.
