The second floor of the penthouse is accessed by another flight of stairs, and is technically the 4th story of the building. Please keep this in mind for your group when reserving this home. This was the best place we have stayed at. The home itself is very nice. We prefer staying in a VRBO over a hotel so we aren't stuck eating out every meal. We were able to enjoy a few meals at home with friends. The outdoor living space is great. The patio off of the master was perfect to have a cup of coffee in the morning. The rooftop deck was excellent for hanging out at night. We had no issues during our stay but the property manager was still very attentive when we had questions. The location is the best part. It's in Old City. There are tons of great restaurants within walking distance. Market Street is a close walk but also far enough away that you don't have to deal with the crowds. At one point dropped off an extra propane tank for the fire pit, which we didn’t request, but which was nonetheless appreciated and used.
