Cheery Retro: Near Downtown Fun/5 Miles to UT!
Delightful cheery retro apartment in the historic district of north Knoxville, near downtown, University of Tennessee and UT Hospital. I love this attic apartment. It’s so cozy and the decorations are so fun. All pots, pans, dishes, towels, etc are provided. Even a few cleaning things. It’s located in 100 year old farmhouse that has been completely redone on the inside and we’re still working on the outside. The house is quiet and you can study and rest and feel safe. Walk to bus stops. Your own private mailbox.
You get the entire attic apartment to yourself it’s very private with your own private entrance. You’ll be sharing the house with others as there are five apartments in the house. But you probably won’t see them very often as everyone has their own private entrance.
Best for those under 6' tall and/or watch your head with the attic ceilings.
Free parking in the back yard shared with other guests.

The house is located on a corner of a quiet neighborhood in the historic district of North Knoxville. It's a great neighborhood for walking and jogging on the sidewalks. Beautiful old mansions are within walking distance. A church daycare is across the street and an assisted living facility is behind the house.
Parking for this apartment is in the back of the house in the yard or you can also park on the street, which is a very quiet street. There could be as much as four cars parking in the yard so bear that in mind when you park.
This is an upstairs attic apartment with attic ceilings. Tall people will have to watch the headspace in certain areas of the apartment.
We require a valid drivers license or passport.
