The layout of the home was perfect to have space for everyone. The property was clean and well cared for. All the appliances are new and worked well. We had family meet us in Knoxville for UT graduation. It worked out perfectly for my parents and a couple of relatives to join us. Plenty of space to have dinner and enough rooms for everyone to sleep. Julie was great with communication and flexible with giving my parents a little extra time to pack up and head out. We were very comfortable with all basic needs provided for (soap, trash bags, cooking essentials, toilet paper, sheets/towels, wi-fi, etc.). The location was excellent for traveling into downtown, the UTK campus, and for visiting with our family in the Knoxville area. The hosts are quick to respond and communicate well.
