We had family meet us in Knoxville for UT graduation. It worked out perfectly for my parents and a couple of relatives to join us. Plenty of space to have dinner and enough rooms for everyone to sleep. Julie was great with communication and flexible with giving my parents a little extra time to pack up and head out. We were very comfortable with all basic needs provided for (soap, trash bags, cooking essentials, toilet paper, sheets/towels, wi-fi, etc.). The location was excellent for traveling into downtown, the UTK campus, and for visiting with our family in the Knoxville area. The hosts are quick to respond and communicate well. We had no issues with finding the house or getting groceries and take out delivered. This will be our first choice of rental when we visit Knoxville next time! ##### Kristen O. I didn't realize that you have to go through the 1/2 bathroom or the master bedroom to get to one of the full bathrooms but that wasn't a problem. The house was perfect for us. ##### Holly D.
