Clean, comfortable, and close to everything! The inside of the house is absolutely gorgeous and the hot tub was perfect after a long day of traveling. Only bummer was the alarm was mistakenly set and kept going off for 5 minutes and the cops came but when you are not doing anything wrong it is all good. Really no complaints. The location is great and the property itself is perfect for enjoying time with friends. We took advantage of the hot tub and fire pit multiple times. Both are a big hit with us. Clean with the most comfortable beds ever. My granddaughter enjoyed the play house. The adults enjoyed the hot tube.It was close to the zoo and easy drive to attractions in Gatlinburg. It was within minutes of downtown, the Ijams Nature Center and the Knoxville Botanical Gardens and Arboretum. The house was clean and comfortable, nicely decorated and homey. Nice touches, though we didn't need them, were things for children - sippy cups, child-size eating utensils, etc. and a swing set! The backyard was great for adults too. Dylan and Suzanne are wonderful hosts, answering questions timely and simply being engaging. ##### Kim B.
