« We really didn't like our stay in this house. Firstly, we were informed that there were earwigs and humidity bugs when we called from Clarenville. I had read in the comments that there were some, but I didn't realize how many. In one evening, we killed around 50. « We had a great stay at this home. It was a comfortable home base for our trip to see the puffins. Only a 15 min drive to Elliston Puffin Viewing Site and close to many beautiful hikes and restaurants. The home was clean, pretty and had great views of the sea. »

« Bath plumbing leaks and water flows downstairs in kitchen cabinets and ceiling. Despite having aware the owner the situation hasen't been fixed. The situation was knew by the owner prior to our stay. He said he thought it was repaired. It seems he never make sure with it. We've been promised to have it fixed for our second night and to have a discount to compensate this inconvenience. None of both done. « This property exceeded our expectations. It was brand new, exceptionally clean and well appointed. Amazing view - we saw whales right outside our window. We were two couples and the rooms were excellent for us. You are also just 10 min from the lighthouse and 20 min from the Puffin Viewing Site.Highly recommended!! »

« We were looking for a place in Trinity / Port Rexton with short notice & we ended up finding a magical place. The house had amazing character, was reasonably priced & wonderful owners (Chris&Lilly). The house is a quiet, old home that has been newly renovated with great attention to detail. We were on the water with nobody around and yet still close enough to town. If we ever come back to Newfoundland we would absolutely stay here again. You won’t be disappointed. 10 stars »

« David and Coco’s place in Summerville is exquisite. They have maintained the spirit of the place perfectly while adding all the amenities you might need. (The master bed is incredibly comfortable. Best sleep of our lives.) It’s on a dead end road in a beautiful cove and so is very peaceful but within striking distance of Bonavista, Trinity and all the other very busy spots on the peninsula.Dave and Coco also give their guests a very thoughtful guide to the house and area. Can’t recommend enogh. »
