Upon check in I was presented with a list of rules (empty bins, strip beds on departure amongst others) and asked for a €400 deposit for any potential breakages of which couldn’t be processed due to restrictive refund policies. The attitude and lack of help and welcome from staff was the worst I’ve ever experienced. No attempt to understand or put things right. The propertiy was amazing just like the pictures. « Hôtel qui a accueilli beaucoup de groupe scolaire même pendant le wk de Pâques donc on a eu droit à des bruits incessants dans les couloirs jusqu'à plus de minuit. Sinon l'hôtel se trouve près du parc de Biesbosch, le petit déjeuner est classique (charcuterie, fromage, œufs, différents pains, fruits, fromage blanc, confiture, croissant, jus de fruits et boissons chaudes au choix. Très bon accueil du personnel. L'hôtel était en travaux et tout était en bazar autour de l'hôtel et dans les...
