Austin and Allie wedding
This was everything I expected and more. We were down there for my sons wedding, which was at the Hilton a block away. On the beach. This house is absolutely perfect. I will definitely be renting this every time we come to Kitty Hawk, which I like to do once a year by the way, it was beautiful and perfect.

Perfect relaxing vacation
Our stay was perfect! The kitchen had everything we needed and some. Every bedroom was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hot tub was clean and well taken care of, which was perfect after a long day of enjoying the town. At the house you could watch the waves from the front window from across the street. Beach access was only 3 houses down.
We really enjoyed that everything that we needed was available for us which made the vacation easy. There were bikes to borrow, two beach carts, plenty of sand toys, beach games.
The host was very attentive with any questions we had along the way.

Family vacation
This house was everything and more that we could have asked for , contact with the owners was easy and they were quick to respond - we had a chair that was broke when we got there and within 15 minutes a new chair was brought in ! There was more than enough room for all of us - 5 adults and one child . Beds were comfortable , each room with tvs so everyone could watch what they wanted .We celebrated Easter and had a bunch of family over and there was more than enough room for everyone ! The bikes and all the accessories for the beach were right there to be used . You are within walking distance to the beach and a few minutes from the grocery store . Overall the location of this house is excellent ! Thanks for a great stay ! We look forward to renting again !!

Excellent home and accommodations!
We rented the place for 4 nights to celebrate ny granddaughters upcoming high school graduation. The home was perfect for us and right across the street from the beach. We could see the ocean from the kitchen and dinner table windows! The place was very clean (that says a lot because I am a bit of a clean freak)! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and top end appliances. The showers were hot and the beds were comfortable. I highly recommend this home. In the center of OBX, it was easy to to day trips up or down the coast. The owners responded within a reasonable time on the one occasion we reached out.
One of the best places we've rented at a reasonable price to boot!

Perfect Spot!!
This property, from the house itself, to the location was absolutely perfect!! The house was clean with eveything we needed. The location to the beach access, so easy and fast. The hosts made the check in process so easy and seemless. We will definitely be back!!!

Relaxing long weekend with friend's
