The views were awesome. The beds were comfortable and not hard. Loved that it was so close to Duck and Kitty Hawk. Only negative was that the top floor was hot in the very hot summertime. It is right on the beach with a very short walkway to the public access over the dune. Our family of 6 adults and 2 small children got plenty of use out of the pool and hot tub. The main living area is comfortable and functional with a spectacular view of the ocean. Everything we needed for cooking was available. The master bedroom was especially large and comfortable. The only trouble we had was locating the washer/dryer (they are in a closet accessed from the master bedroom closet.) ##### Lawrence W.
