The Outer Banks beach life is yours as you take a refreshing dip in the saltwater pool, unwind in the hot tub or relax on the expansive decking. This lovely Duck vacation home offers a casual coastal elegance that is sure to rejuvenate your body and mind.  
  
Sea Escape is the perfect setting for your memorable family vacation. This vacation home was designed with quality and comfort in mind. Enjoy spacious interiors, TVs in every bedroom, and complimentary bed and bath linens. Unique amenities include a poolside tiki bar, horseshoes, and sand volleyball court for afternoon fun. Need a break from the sun? Enjoy the theater room with state-of-the-art equipment. Host family tournaments of ping pong and foosball in the game room while enjoying the mini kitchen and wet bar.  
  
If you need a break from the beautiful sand and surf of the OBX, this cottage has everything you could need to enjoy an indoor day as well. Sea Escape offers a very well-stocked kitchen including Keurig and standard drip coffee machines. Just off the kitchen is a wonderful den area where your family and friends can enjoy time completing puzzles and playing games. Don't forget about the elevator for the added convenience of all your family members. Cozy up beside the ground level fireplace, with your favorite book and a fluffy blanket. What more could you ask for?  
  
Sea Escape is located on a quiet dead-end street and within easy access to Duck's beautiful beach! The Town of Duck's bike path and park are right around the corner. Take advantage of the charming seaside village atmosphere or watch a free concert on the town lawn. You'll fall in love with the delightful village of Duck.

For your convenience, this home provides sheets and towels.  
  
The private pool will be open from the 2nd week of April to the 3rd week of October. Pool size is approximately 14x32. Optional pool heat is available for $500.00/week in-season and $600.00/week off-season.  
  
Please note this is a non-pet home, as the homeowner is extremely allergic. No smoking anywhere on the property.  
  
The golf cart is available for guest use for a non-refundable fee of $250/week, as well as signing of a waiver.  
  
The fireplace is turned off from May - October.

Ground Level: Recreation room with foosball and ping pong tables, 2 flat screen TVs, kitchenette with wet bar, queen bedroom with flat screen TV, full hall bathroom with stall shower, theater room, access to pool area with tiki bar, hot tub, outdoor shower, and volleyball court.  
  
Mid Level: King en suite with a flat screen TV, access to covered deck and tub shower, king en suite with a flat screen TV, access to covered deck and stall shower, queen en suite with a flat screen TV, access to covered deck and stall shower, pyramid bunk en suite with a flat screen TV and stall shower, bunk and twin en suite with a flat screen TV and tub shower.  
  
Top Level: Kitchen with island and barstool seating, sitting area, great room, flat screen TV, XBox One, dining area, access to sun deck, king en suite with futon, a flat screen TV, jetted tub and stall shower, and a hall half bath.
