Moderni sauna. Tilava huone, hyvät varusteet keittiössä. Sauna on muodikkaasti lasiseinäinen joka tekee siitä hitaasti lämpiävän energiasyöpön. Mutta hyvät sängyt sekä pyykkikone kuivauskaappeineen takaavat toimivuuden jos liikuntaa harrastaa. Pysäköinti on hankala kun muut asukkaat eivät lue pysäköintikarttaa ollenkaan. Toki makuuhuoneet voisivat olla vähän suurempia. Säilytystilaa on runsaasti ja keittiö hyvin varusteltu. Kävelymatka keskustaan, baareihin ja ravintoloihin on pitkä, mutta autolla tai bussilla pääsee nopeasti. Talvella on rinne lähellä, ladut lähtevät ovelta ja kesällä voi pelata golfia, kaikki siis pihapiirissä.
