This is the first time that I have stayed here. It is a lovely hotel and is only a ten minute walk to the centre. The choices at breakfast are really good. There is no kettle in the room but there is one in the communal lounge area where there is also a microwave. There is an ABC garage across the road and it has a cafe and a small supermarket the cakes here are amazing. In the centre there is the tourist information centre, two supermarkets (S Market and K Market) and there is also a Marimekko shop with plenty of offers on. The only thing is that this hotel is quite far away from the train station so I advise that you order a taxi through Meneva to get you to the hotel. I would stay here again when I visit Kitee.

Hyvä hotelli

Pysäköintipaikka löytyi hotellin pihalta. Vastaanotossa ei ollut ruuhkaa, joten sisäänkirjautuminen sujui nopeasti. Huone oli ehkä liiankin lämmin, mutta ikkunaa avaamalla asia korjaantui. Sauna oli hyvä. Illalla tilaamani pizza oli erinomaisen hyvä. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja monipuolinen.

Huonetta varatessa kannattaa pyytää huone, jossa ei ole viereisessä huoneessa oleskelijoita. Huoneiden äänieristys olematon. Vastoin odotuksia kovalla pakkasella, huone oli mukavan lämmin kauttaaltaan. Innoikkaille tv:n katsojille vihjeenä, että ottakaa oma tabletti tms mukaan. Huoneessa vanhanaikainen perus tv. Huone siivottu hyvin, siisti. Baarikaappi ei käytössä, mutta käytössä tavallinen jääkaappi mahdollisia omia juomia/ruokia varten. Hinta/laatusuhde hyvä. Aamupala hyvä. Huoneessa ei ollut hotellin ravintolan ruokalistaa. Löytyi tosin nettisivuilta ja respasta.

Lo único bueno de este hotel, el desayuno.

Después de un viaje de 8 horas la recepcionista, seca como una pasa, me tuvo una hora haciendo gestiones con hotels.com porque decía que no había recibido el pago. Cuando se dio cuenta de que la culpa era suya ya había pasado una hora bastante desagradable por su trato despectivo. Como premio me dio una habitación situada al lado de una puerta de paso que retumbaba de tal manera que me hizo despertarme a las 5,30 y pasar en vela tres horas hasta que decidieron calzarla, eso sí para facilitar la tarea del personal. El desayuno, eso sí, muy completo. Lo único que mejora algo mi reseña-

Kelpo hotelli mutta sen ikä alkaa jo näkyä.

Hotelli on hyvällä paikalla sinne on helppo saapua. Palvelu on hyvää ja aamupala ok. Huoneet ovat siistejä mutta niiden varustelu on melko heikko ja vanhanaikainen. Rakennuksen ikä alkaa myös jo näkyä. Parkkitilaa on melko vähän. Hotellin yhteydessä on ravintola ja terassi. Huoneissa ei ole ilmastointia, joten kesähelteellä ne ovat todella kuumia.

Kaksi yötä Kitteellä

Tilat olivat varsin kohtuulliset. Hotelliin kirjautuessa ilmeni, ettei sunnuntaina saakaan aamupalaa, vaikka olin siitä maksanut. Puuttui henkilökuntaa. Oman huoneen löytäminen oli vaikeaa läpi pimeiden käytävien, joihin ei saanut valoa, vaikka kuinka paineli katkaisijoita. Kun huoneen lopulta löysi, oli se onneksi lämmin, kuten vesi suihkussa. Auton lämmittäminen onnistui hyvin näin talvipakkasilla.

Keskellä kylää hyvällä paikalla monipuolisin palveluin: ravintola, baari, terassi. Hyvä ruoka ja laatuunkäypä aamupala. Huoneessa hyvät vuoteet. Kesähelteillä ilmastointi olisi huoneissa tarpeellinen.

Huoneet kaipaisivat faceliftiä, ravintola hyvä.

Hotellihuone kulahtanut, lattia pahasti naarmuilla ja sängyssä peitteenä vain lakana. Suihku toimi hyvin, huoneessa myös pieni jääkaappi. Hotellin ravintolan ruoka mainiota, niin pizzat kuin muukin. Sutkin krouvissa reipas tunnelma. Huonehinta tasoon nähden korkea, selittynee sillä että muita majoituspaikkoja ei Kiteen keskustassa juuri ole.

Keskinkertainen kokoemus

Huone kuuma ja tukala . ikkunaa piti pitää yö auki ja hotelli(terassi) levoton klo kahteen yöllä .Patja niin pehmeä että nukuin petarilla lattialla . Kummaa oli että yöpymisen maksaminen ei onnistunut kuin käteisellä kun oltiin lähdössä klo 9aamulla ja kassa olisi ollut auki vasta klo 12 .
