This beautiful 1-bedroom plus den condo is located in the brand new Station Park Union Towers, in the midtown district, between Downtown Kitchener and Uptown Waterloo. This open-concept space is large enough to host 3 guests at a time, and features spectacular views, a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, balcony patio, a den with a futon bed, and a separate bedroom with a King sized bed. Plus you'll have access to all of the fantastic building amenities.
The Space:
This bright, airy open-concept space has a single bedroom, with a King sized bed and a futon bed in the separate den space. The condo is large enough to host 3 guests at a time. The King bedroom has stunning city views and plenty of natural light. There is a large walk-in closet, fresh linens, and fluffy bath towels.
The open concept kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, full sized fridge/freezer combo, oven with stove-top cooking surface, and microwave oven. There's plenty of cupboard space to house all your snacks, and lots of countertop room for prepping meals. Featuring quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dining table with space for 4. Plus, just off the living room, you'll find sliding doors to the private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee.
The living room boasts large floor-to-ceiling windows allowing natural light to flood the space. It has a smart TV and the whole condo has high speed internet service. The separate den space has a laptop friendly workstation, as well as a futon sofa bed. There's even in suite laundry machines and convenient onsite parking.
Station Park features unique amenities such as fitness area with gym equipment, yoga/pilates studio and Peloton studio, private hydro pool, swim spa and hot tub, dog washing station, a jam room, an arcade hall, and an outdoor terrace with BBQ’s and private, bookable cabanas for when the warm weather returns.
Station Park is conveniently located in the hub of Downtown Kitchener’s artistic and cultural core. An epicentre of talent and diversity, the city boasts events and festivals throughout the year, along with its many permanent museums and galleries featuring local artists. • Parties, events, smoking/vaping, and other disruptive activities are not permitted on or around our property and will result in a $150 fine and/or forfeiture of your entire deposit.
• There are noise monitoring devices in the units that are activated if there is a significant level of noise to ensure that all guests are considerate of those around them. There will be a fine and we have a zero-tolerance/one-strike policy for any activity that disrupts the neighbors.
• Please note that the swim spa and hydro plunge pool is currently unavailable for use. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
• Please note that we are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property.
1. The home is located in a new development, construction is still in progress around the neighborhood and work may occur during the day. Disruption should be minimal.
2. There is on-site parking available between the two towers, underneath the building for $34/day. If you're interested in one parking pass, please send your license plate number and vehicle made to register. Please note that any unregistered vehicles found will be towed.
3. Your wellbeing is our top priority. We have built upon our foundation of pre-existing high cleaning standards with additional COVID-19 specific recommendations from the WHO, CDC and Canadian Public Health Agency guidelines.
