When checking in with two service dogs they stated it was policy to ask for certificates. In Ontario there is no central registry for service dogs. When explaining this to them and directing them to the Ontario human rights website they still required our doctors notes. This is very illegal and we do not recommend staying here if you have an accessibility need in general

There was black hair in the bathroom sink, I am blonde so I know it wasn’t mine. Also when I went to get the hair dryer off the back of the door the previous occupants black tee shirt was still hanging there. So I wonder how well the rooms are really cleaned.

It was fantastic that we could book a room that three people could stay with their own bed (Two Queens and a pull out couch). Great breakfast. Very Clean, very quiet you can turn down the heater/AC fan down and still be very comfortable. Would recommend.
