The check in procedure was clearly communicated with no problems. It is situated close to shopping amenities and conveniently located for travel to local nature reserves and the university. The owner was very responsive to my comments and requests and as long as he follows through on these, this is a great place to stay in Waterloo with easy access to downtown Waterloo and the universities. Nice quiet neighborhood with short drive to shopping plaza with Walmart/Shoppers and other eateries. Very glad we got this instead of hotel. The unit is spacious with stylish furnishings, quiet comfy bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, a quaint balcony for morning coffee time, and a small but adequate bathroom. The unit is on the top level of a three story building so it’s nice and quiet. You will have to carry your luggage up the stairs. Management was friendly and very quick to reply. As with most places, a few minor repairs are needed but overall it is an ideal budget friendly place to stay in Waterloo and I highly recommend booking this unit. ##### Shannon N.
