Emplacement bien localisé, près de la 401. Cependant, les draps étaient d'une propreté douteuses et les matelas étaient déformé, il y avait un creux dans le milieu du lit. Très inconfortable. Les matelas doivent être remplacé. À part cela ,le reste étaient ok

Bon motel
Très facile d'accès à partir de l'autoroute 401, qui n'est pas trop bruyante malgré sa proximité. Chambre bien équipée: réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, TV grand écran et wifi. Il y manque peut-être un petit fauteuil... Petit-déjeuner continental "do-it-yourself" dans vaisselle jetable, mais tout à fait correct, avec un joli choix de pains et pâtisseries. Personnel agréable tant à la réception qu'en salle de petit-déjeuner.

What I liked-The breakfast was much improved from my last stay,though the breakfast room is not truly accessible and people had to back out of some areas to let me through as I had a walker and was left with only so many options. What I didn't like-The "accessible"bathroom a.k.a.walk-in shower,I did not use because I didn't feel safe with lack of grab bars etc. Also my room door was very hard to close,it had to be slammed every time and deadbolt did not work. The a.c-heat system was a problem because I couldn't turn off fan,ended up with head-ache and trouble sleeping.

When I checked in, the man working the front desk was very pleasant. However my room, was not so pleasant.. there was only one towel in the room which was stained/dirty, the shampoo was empty in the shower, the comforter on the bed had cigarette burns (in a no smoking room), there was garbage on the floor under the nightstand and they definitely do not even sweep under the beds. The property is fine, however the cleanliness of the rooms are terrible. I felt like I was staying in a room someone just checked out of that they didn’t bother to clean…

It's a great location being right off the 401. The hotel itself is older but has been updated and is clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly. Only surprise was that though it is only three floors, they don't have an elevator. If you have accessibility issues and want to stay here make sure to ask for a ground floor room.
