Located on a wide, tree-lined street, parking is also available on the street. The peaceful backyard is fully fenced and offers lots of fruit trees and grape vine, table & chairs. There is a double size bed in the bedroom and a futon in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped.160TV channels and high-speed internet are available for your use. If you are looking for a quiet place with lots of blooming flowers and a nice backyard, in a mature neighborhood, you came to the right place. The only thing I'll say purely for those planning on staying here is the shower can splash a bit, and if you have the door all the way open when you turn it on, it can make a bit of a puddle. (Once you learn this there will be no issues) and due to it being a basement there are a few friendly critters (spiders and centipedes) but it wasn't overly buggy or anything, however its good to know incase you are servely afraid. Extra shout out to our host for allowing my grandson and I to check-in at noon on Friday. A month and for at least 2 of the weeks, they were renovating the unit above us and making A LOT of noise. IMHO, this should not have been happening while there are guests staying there.The unit was great, very clean and all the amenities you could need. The host was very responsive.They were out nearly every day to shovel and clean the steps.I would certainly stay here again but I can't give a good rating as the renovations were VERY stressful. ##### Rob L.
