First of all the code didn't work to get in the house second the TV in the living room was not working I sent them pictures and nothing, third there was no remote in master bedroom, we had to play musical remotes, fourth the pool was supposed to be heated and that did not work.Fifth we had no garbage cans on outside of property.it was minor things but I was on the phone with customer service the whole time I was there and no one ever called me back, or showed up or anything all I kept getting was "We will be putting in a ticket for you" and thats all they did.
