Sleeping up to 8 guests, this home is centrally located, minutes away from local amenities including the snowmobile trails. This Executive style home is tastefully decorated with comfort in mind. Relax in the cozy living room by the fireplace after a long day of work or snowmobiling. This home has a unique mining theme which highlight's the community's history. You'll find interesting artifacts throughout the house! Guests first enter the home through the front porch, which allows plenty of space for shoes, coats and other gear. Through the living room, you'll find two full size couches in a nice conversation setting, as well as a fireplace and 58" smart TV. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a double door fridge, electric stove, dishwasher, a large table and plenty of cupboard space. Guests can then access the patio & backyard through the sliding door. The master bedroom has a large closet as well as a private workspace. Going upstairs, there are two bedrooms with large closets as well as a 4 piece bathroom. Downstairs, guests will find the 4th bedroom, a secondary washroom (toilet only) as well as games corner. Entertain yourself with darts, miniature pool, foosball, air hockey or board games! Guests also have access to the laundry facilities in the basement. The driveway can accomodate 4-5 vehicles front-to-back, allowing plenty of space of trucks & trailers. The OFSC trail is within 1km from the front door and can be accessed by the end of the street. Professionally managed by Go North Lodging. The Miner's Den is located on a quiet, dead end street, minutes away from many local amenities. \*Please note there is no bathroom on the main floor of the home. The main bathroom is upstairs, and there is a half bathroom downstairs.\* We take great pride in The Miner's Den, and to ensure future guests can continue to enjoy the space we ask that you abide to the following rules. Failure to comply may result in financial penalties. 1) Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home.
