The Space:  
The 'Stunning Ocean Views' property, nestled in the picturesque coastal town of Kioloa, offers an unforgettable holiday experience. This fabulous rental caters to nine guests across four distinctively designed bedrooms. Each room strikes comfort, while echoing the natural environment outside.   
  
Step through the door into a sun-drenched living room, which opens to a generous dining area. Whether you're indulging in a summer BBQ or simply soaking up the breathtaking beach view, this space offers relaxation at its finest. The living domain features a kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher, cookware, crockery, and cutlery for all your culinary needs. A cosy family room with comfortable seating and a wood fire place makes for the perfect spot to unwind after a day of beach hopping.  
  
The property offers four bedrooms with ceiling fans, providing a cool respite from the balmy beach weather. Three spacious bathrooms, including one with a bathtub, cater to all your personal care needs.   
  
While it may be tempting to spend your entire stay within the 'Stunning Ocean Views', the wider Kioloa, Ulladulla area presents a plethora of attractions. From beachfront access for surfing, snorkeling, and fishing, to nearby wineries, golf courses, and a bowling alley, there's no shortage of outdoor entertainment.   
  
Just a short stroll away you'll find a restaurant, cafe, and shop. If you prefer relaxed pastimes, indulge in a spot of bird watching, hiking, or simply curl up with a good book.  
  
In addition to all this, there's a laundry with a washing machine and dryer, plentiful off-street parking for your vehicles, and of course, unlimited Wi-Fi access. Please note that pets are not allowed and linen and towels are not provided.   
  
'Elevate your next beach escape with 'Stunning Ocean Views', your ideal getaway in beautiful Kioloa. With its idyllic setting and amenities, this holiday rental promises a vacation punctuated by serenity, leisure, and endless seascapes.  
  
Important Notes:  
\- Linen is NOT provided at this property. Please bring your own, or alternatively, contact our office for hire details.  
\- Strictly no pets  
\- Everyday items such as rubbish bags, cleaning products, soap, toilet paper etc are also not provided.  
\- Please BYO fire wood there may be a small pile of wood under the deck if this is used or wet you will need to supply your own. Bunnings and local service stations have fire wood bags for purchase.  
\- This property has a strict 'no party policy' and guests must be over the age of 21 when booking this property.  
\- Strictly no schoolies, bucks or hens parties these type of bookings will be cancelled  
\- Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under Terms & Conditions.

#### Great location and great house for a big family

Fabulous house for a big family with kids (or kidults). Unbelievable views. Great location, so close to Merry Beach. Loved that the Merry Beach General Store and Takeaway was nearby.

#### Overall satisfied

It is a nice home in a great location, with stunning view. However there were a few things that diminished the experience. 1) Lots of mosquitos inside 2) No taps for the outside hose to wash feet after visiting the beach 3)The bathroom shower when used floods the bathroom. The tiles are not at a gradient that allow it to drain efficiently
