Experience the unique feeling of freedom that sailing with your own houseboat gives. This houseboat offers a combined living room and bedroom for 2 + 2 persons. In addition to the bunk bed, you can convert the seating area into a double bed in a few simple steps. A wonderful place to enjoy (nature) is the cozy lounge on the bow terrace. But even on days with bad weather, you can explore the idyllic Meuse valley, because the rudder is inside. This houseboat offers an optimal experience. Enjoy the view of the water, have dinner on the deck with a bottle of wine, or read your favorite book on the sundeck. You will look back on this holiday with great pleasure for a long time to come. The home port, Marina De Spaanjerd on the border of the Netherlands and Belgium, is located 5 km from the white town of Thorn, 15 km from Roermond, and is connected to large ponds where numerous water sports can be practiced. The kitchen on board has all the necessary kitchen appliances; a refrigerator, sink, and gas stove. The warm air heating, together with the Bio-ethanol wall fireplace, also provides pleasant warmth and a cozy atmosphere on cold days. The small bathroom and the (hot water) outdoor shower can be reached via the rear terrace. A wonderful place to enjoy (nature) is the cozy lounge on the bow terrace. But even on days with bad weather, you can explore the idyllic Meuse valley, because the rudder is inside. Sailing is not mandatory but is a nice extra. The costs of the sailing package incl. the sailing training of approximately 1 hour are 90 Euro, deposit for sailing 500 Euro. Due to possible damage to the deck and for your safety, only boat or sports shoes may be worn on a houseboat.
