« Super clean and well-kept 1-bedroom condo in Avon that is ideal for a couple! It is on the sound side so the sunsets are incredible and the gorgeous ocean beaches are close and simple to access. The owner, Mike is quick to respond to any communication. He provides clear directions that make driving to and accessing the condo a snap! The location is superb--close to Food Lion, restaurants, and ice cream shops. We would love to stay here again--it was just perfect! »

« Wow… Mother Nature was not on our side (great winds, huge waves, not much heat/sun), but the house was perfect in every way. Quiet neighborhood, close enough from everything but not too close… Help from owner for an auto repair, answers quickly to any enquiry. Seriously impressed! Not my first rental, but it’s on top of my « go back to » list!!! »

« We were very pleased with the house. Great waterfront on sound property. It took a while for the hot tub to heat up and we had to add more water to cover the jets. We made use of the kayaks and kite/wind surfers went right by us. Note the wifi pwd is all lowercase letters which is different from how it is written plaque in house.
