"We were very impressed by the restaurant staff and those at breakfast. Also the housekeeping staff were very efficient and friendly.
We were not impressed with the choice available for evening meal and would not go back for an evening meal again. "

"Hotel in a convenient location 2 blocks froim a major metro station with a direct line to Heathrow Airport and connections to major rail stations. It was a LKITTLE noisy at times--but you're in the middle of a major metropolitan city, so I think it is reasonable. I lost NO sleep but there's horn honking in the daytime sometimes. Lots of food options, minutes away from major tourist spots."

"Excellent location for visitors to London. Next to Tower Hill station underground. Very accessible from the airport through the underground as well. To complimentary drinks unfortunately we didn't get to use them. The staff are very helpful. Definitely will stay again"
