Attended a funeral and decided to stay at Courtyard Marriott, this was a good choice hotel was great clean and quiet. We had off street parking and the property was safe.

Nice hotel in the heart of new kingston and right next to emancipation park. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Friendly staff. Nice restaurant in hotel lobby and pool with bar on the second floor. Would stay here again.

Whenever I showered, the water did not go into the drain, but onto the floor in the bathroom. Therefore, I had to spread towels on the floor. As a result, I walked on a damped towel daily. When I requested to change my room, the employee Asia informed me that all the bathrooms had the same drain issue as mine.

Lovely, friendly staff, great rooms, clean, modern, lovely breakfast etc. downside was the limited menu for dinner and sterile dining area. However, definitely would stay there again when in Kingston.

The property was great and so was the staff. My complaint was that the room rate that I booked increased nightly without my knowledge and I was not aware of this until I checked out. How is this possible when I secured a price a booking that was suppose to be for the entire time that I stayed??

I will definitely stay there again. The staff was WONDERFUL and the chefs and restaurant team were bar none. Have a challenging food allergy and I was accommodated with thoughtfulness and kindness. I was made delicious food twice a day which really made my trip great. Major thanks to the team.......they can also make a proper cappucino!

Hotel needs renovation. Curtains were broken, bathroom had old stains, broken tiles, toiletries were incomplete and towels need to be renewed. Bed comfortable but pillows were super uncomfortable. Bartender in the pool area seemed to be having a bad day (every day)

Some of the staff was attentive and friendly(Joel kadeen, Patricia(the one who attempted to fix the safe)Orlando the shuttle staff some housekeepers and the security team. However, before a guest check into the room everything should be cleaned and fixed(toilet seat, sink clogs, safe, and tub stains).
