This home in Kingsland provides the perfect balance of serenity and convenience, with easy access to top attractions like Inks Lake State Park, Longhorn Cavern State Park, and the famous “Slab” – a natural riverside paradise for wading and picnicking. Whether you’re looking to explore the great outdoors, hit the greens at Legends Golf Course, or simply soak in the breathtaking lake views, Riverside Waterfront puts you right in the center of it all.  
  
Inside, the home boasts a beautifully designed open living space, ideal for gathering with loved ones. The main living room features a large sectional, a cozy recliner, a smart TV, and a game table for six to enjoy board games, cards, or a lively round of poker. Downstairs, the basement living area provides an additional retreat with a sofa and another smart TV, giving guests plenty of space to spread out and relax. The fully equipped kitchen features elegant white cabinetry, stone countertops, and ample space for preparing delicious meals. Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.  
  
Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.  
  
Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and patio access.  
  
Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.  
  
Bedroom #5 includes 2 twin size beds and a twin-over-twin bunk bed.  
  
This home also includes two additional full bathrooms; one with a dual vanity and walk-in shower, the second is Jack-and-Jill style with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.  
  
THINGS TO NOTE:  
• Washer and dryer in home.  
• Access to the home’s lower level requires use of the exterior staircase and entryway.  
• Driveway and carport parking available for 6 vehicles. No street parking.  
• This home is equipped with (1) external security camera located at the breezeway actively monitoring the carport.  
• Boat & Jet Ski Slip: There is one covered boat dock with lift and one jet ski ramps available for guest use. The lift is only for smaller inboard/outboard boats - large wake surf or wakeboard boats Not allowed on lift. The maximum boat length and weight that will fit on boat lift is 20' and 3,500lbs. The covered boat dock with lift that has a boat on it is Not available to guests.

#### Fun Family Getaway

This property and location was perfect for our annual family summer trip. Plenty of beds for the adults and kids. Great living room with plenty of table seating for large group.Good size kitchen for cooking, along with all the necessary utensils.Very clean and well kept. The swimming spot was great for the family, the upper deck was a nice place to relax and take in the beautiful scenery.

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect close to everything we needed, and ideal for a relaxing getaway with friends. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was top-tier they were responsive, helpful, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. No issues at all during our stay. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun and stress-free trip. We’d absolutely stay here again!
