Other Things to Note:
At our property, we have policies in place to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all our guests:

- We strictly enforce quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Outdoor music is not permitted after 10 pm, and we kindly ask that you keep outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours.
- Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
- Pets are allowed with written permission only, with a maximum of two pets and a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. Unfortunately, cats are not allowed. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 penalty.
- Bookings are restricted to guests aged 25 and above.
- The swimming pool can be heated at an additional cost. Please contact us to arrange heating, and do not attempt to heat the pool on your own. To avoid extra fines, please refrain from using glass tableware or bottles near the pool, and rinse off any sunscreen before entering the water.
- For your safety, exterior security cameras are installed around the property, but none of them face inside the house or look into interior spaces.

Spectacular, Stunning, Perfect in every way!

This house is absolutely perfect! Perfect for gathering family and friends and making incredible memories. The beds are comfy, the house decor is breathtaking from the art work to the bedding this place screams luxury. So much thought was put into this house to make it feel like home away from home. We had everything we needed for our week long stay. The lake was perfect, the water wasn’t very deep, we swam in the lake and LOVED the water slide. The pool and hot tub were amazing, everything about this house is top tier. Thank you to the home owner for allowing us to have a small wedding ceremony, it was a romantic sunset ceremony, it was exactly what we wanted. We are forever grateful for the memories we made while on vacation here.

This was a beautiful property with everything you need. I was so impressed with this house! It’s beautiful on the inside and extremely open making it feel massive which was nice with 12 people in our group. Kids were ages 16 all the way up to 23 and they had plenty of beds and room to play games upstairs. The outside pool was so nice and the boat dock was very convenient. The house had every cooking utensil and pot/pan that you would need with high end appliances and grill. We highly recommend and will definitely be back if we decide to come to kingsland again!

Beautiful lakefront home

This is an absolutely gorgeous home on the shores of Lake LBJ. The decoration is immaculate in the home. Looks like it is never been lived in. We love spending time in the pool, boating on the lake, and playing games in the lovely family room. The home is very accommodating and spacious of multiple guests and is extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a week of relaxation on the lake.

Perfect Lake Getaway for Large Group
