The neighborhood has its own marina & boat ramp for guests to use. Grab your golf clubs and play on the greens at The Legends Golf Course just a few minutes away! If hiking is more your style, you can go to Longhorn Cavern or Inks State Park and explore the area! This neighborhood is local to easy grocery stores, restaurants, and exciting things to do. Pet fee is non-refundable $100 per pet, If evidence of additional pets are found there will be an automatic charge of $500 added to the card on file. Community Pool is open seasonally from May 1st to Oct 31st, but private pool will always be available for guest use!
