Tucked away in the friendly, bustling and beautiful market town of Kingsbridge in the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) is this bright airy home. Grade II listed, fully modernised and very quiet, this private home is tucked away just a minute's walk from the wonderful, historic Kingsbridge town centre, hence the name 'Hideaway'.  
  
Just moments away from amenities and attractions, this pet friendly contemporary property is ideal for a family or group of four.

Accessed through blue gates from a historic passageway, you will be greeted by the light-filled kitchen, housing an electric oven and hob to prepare heart-warming meals.  
  
Mealtimes can be enjoyed in the stylish living/dining room at the dining table, where you can admire the pale grey and blue colour scheme as you savour a glass of wine.  
  
Relax and unwind on the sofa or curl up on a chair as the Smart TV plays your favourite shows and you recount the day's adventures.  
  
After an action-packed day, retire upstairs where you will notice the glass banister and take a shower in the sleek shower room.
