However, upon arrival, we found that the sheets and bathroom rugs had not been properly cleaned, and there were no extra linens available. This caused a significant delay in settling in late at night. Management was responsive and refunded the cleaning fee, but I strongly recommend ensuring the cleaning is done thoroughly before guest arrival. »

« Didn’t know on the listing that it was a shared cabin. Also right when I pulled up to the house the designated parking space for guests had a tree stump in the middle of it with no cone. I didn’t realize it until it was too late and I scraped the whole undercarriage of my brand new car. The hot tub wasn’t very private, neighbors could see you from the outside, so I ended up not using it. Other than that I thought the inside was super clean and tidy, fully renovated. »
