This getaway is very private, as there are no upstairs or downstairs neighbors, and very quiet bedroom spaces await for a good night's rest. With beautiful exposed ceilings, an airy ambiance, and a wood-burning fireplace, this sweet home feels like a secluded cabin in the woods while still being mere minutes from the heart of town. Everyone will have no trouble spreading out here, as the lofted layout allows for privacy when needed while the living area offers a flatscreen TV and plush furnishings for gathering each night. After a full day of lake adventures or lounging by the shared pool, the full kitchen will be calling your name to whip up delicious meals on all of the appliances of the home. Plus, an evening cocktail on the patio is never a bad idea as the sun dips behind the treetops. Kingswood Village is a very well-maintained complex with the following facilities: pool, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts, bocce ball court, and fitness center. There is plenty of free off-street parking, and extra parking for boats, RVs, and so much more! What's nearby: Sitting a mile north of the main drag of Kings Beach, this home away will place you within minutes of a wide variety of activities, restaurants, and shopping that will not disappoint. Come summer, the lake will be the hub for boating, fishing, or swimming. The place has not been cleaned or seen a rag in years. The sheet in one of the rooms smelled clean. Other rooms sheets were stained not cleaned or changed there was crumbs and food wrappers from other guests. Lip stick stains on the glasses, crusty old food on utensils. Water in shower never got hot. The floors have never been swept or mopped. Towels were clean. I dont understand why i paid a cleaning fee because this place hasnt see cleaning products in years. I would not stay here again. I cant wait to go home and wash this place off of me. Looks like a frat party house. Finger prints and white crusty stuff on the tables and furniture. Very disappointed in the cleanliness and the basics that were not provided. Beds and kitchen appeared to be clean, but there is mold on the walls in the downstairs bathroom and the carpets are filthy. The house desperately needs a deep clean. Downstairs toilet didn’t flush every time. Microwave was cracked and the handle was hanging on by a screw (we were notified by someone that they were working on this). No A/C (or circulating fan) which is fine, but the 3rd floor gets really warm and stays warm. Sliding glass door on the main floor doesn’t lock. Also lacks some basic necessities- we were given only a few half rolls of TP, no extra garbage bags except the one in the can, and 1/3 of a roll of paper towels in the kitchen. No kitchen towels or even a sponge to clean anything. We would stay in the area again, but unfortunately not in this house. ##### Nicole H. This condo needs a lot of updating. Lots of things broken. Condo was somewhat clean. A lot was sticky when we got there from some furniture and part of the floor. Trash from the previous guests was found on the floor scattered in various places by the couch. Fridge takes over a day to cool down once we put food in. ##### Carolyn A. Didn’t look like any one cleans the corners or under the beds. I think the cleaners tried as the linens were clean, beds made and kitchen ok but come on, CLEAN THE CARPETS. The kitchen was kind of a joke too. 35 coffee cups and 4 glasses. Microwave was cracked. All in all it just felt neglected and rundown.
