To ensure a transparent and wonderful stay, please review these important details: \- Loft Access: The loft area is accessed via a ladder that is secured to the wall. It is best suited for older children or adults who are comfortable climbing. \- Winter Conditions: The back deck and outdoor furniture may be covered in snow and inaccessible during the winter months (approximately October May). \- Mountain Living: Power and Wi-Fi outages can occasionally occur due to weather. We have a professional snow removal service, but a shovel and ice melt are provided on the front porch for your use between services.
