The listing calls it “elegant”… I wouldn’t really use that word to describe it… “cozy” seems a better fit. It has a very comfy cabin feel to it. Cute decor with vintage skis, sled, etc. Loved the 2 balconies that overlooked wooded area. My teenager loved the little room that had a small couch and tv. Located in good area… very close to Kings Beach, where there is grocery store and places to eat. Also, good location for skiing at Northstar. Downstairs bathroom gets tons of heat blowing at high speed out of vent. Difficult to use toilet while heat is on. meanwhile upstairs is cool. Power went out twice during our stay for a total of about 12 hours. Drains are slow. Over all it was decent but the downstairs heater problem is really a pain in The a—. Oh and if you want the shower head to be taller than the top of your head you should be under 5’ 6 or so. The largest downstairs bedroom bed was very comfortable . Good luck. It is a good size, with two large downstairs bedrooms, two full bath rooms, and good sized kitchen, and a loft with two beds. The unit is very well furnished with a nice, rustic style that is very comfortable to spend time in. It even has two balconies overlooking the creek, which was very nice, and the location is really good, just a few minutes to Kings Beach and Northstar!
