Nothing fancy but everything was clean and good working order. Walk across parking lot to reach snubber ski lift. Practically ski in/out. The location was very convenient and practically ski in ski out- only a short walk across a parking lot. We were disappointed about 2 things: the locked hot tub out back (the only other option for a hot tub is the fitness center down the street that charges $12 per person and closed at 7pm), and the finicky heat- it would either be too cold or too warm.
