Wasn't given an after hours main gate code at check-in. Had to wait at the gate with a crying toddler for another guest / resident to enter so we could follow them onto the premises after 7p. Contacted Vacasa- they didn't know a thing about a main gate needing a code to enter. Had to wait overnight before receiving instructions on how to open the main gate after 7p. Couldn't enjoy the balcony, as the railing is VERY wobbly, and unstable- not safe with children. The HVAC doesn't keep even temps. One main level room was freezing, while another main level room was burning up, while the upstairs room had to keep a window open because of the heat, even after closing every vent. ##### Jason M. My sisters and spouses needed a quick getaway to relax and unwind. We had everything we needed at the condo. A patio with a pretty view of the changing colors of the trees and lake. Rooms were so spacious and each having their own private bathroom was perfect! Beds were comfortable and we all slept great! Definitely would stay again and recommend to friends!
