You can't use the furniture, it's filthy from pigeon droppings. We left 3 days early because nobody could replace the cushions, or clean them. So we asked for towels and or blankets to use, and we could not even get those. I have reached out 2x now for someone to contact me about refunding the nights we didn't stay, and nobody is contacting me back. I have been incredibly tpatient and reasonable, but I guess we will go a different route since nobody will contact me to rectify this. Terribly disappointed in the whole experience. ##### Tiffany W.
