Ages ranged from 4 months to 84 years old and it was appropriate for everyone. The rooms are so spacious and comfortable, the kitchen and living room cozy and functional, the family room a favorite for all, the Jacuzzi clean and running for the entire stay, and the balcony was a favorite with a surprising and amazing view! The balcony was a wonderful place to gather with its comfortable seating and fire pit. We saw the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises, a rainbow, and a bald eagle! The pictures in the listing do NOT do justice to the view from the balcony and 3rd floor main bedroom! And the decor was so fun and different. We had no issues communicating with our host before and during our stay. She was super responsive. Only tip I would give would be to have a bathroom in main floor bedroom without a high step over and long step down to the floor and a baby gate option to the basement. We would book again in a second. Everything about this house was amazing. Each room and space was perfectly thought out. The rooms were beautiful. The beds and pillows were high quality and comfortable. It was so helpful having two dishwashers, two stoves and to micro waves. We had 30 people and never did we feel cramped or on top of each other.
