You can walk across the road, clip on your skis and ski down behind McGinty Landings Complex to the Base. If you have small children, this might be tricky for them depending on their ability. There you can get on the Express Quad to the summit. Coming back, simply peel off at the Ski Bridge, ski down behind Purcell Condos back onto Dogwood Drive. There is then a short (1 block) walk back into the condo. It just doesn't get any closer for True Ski-In/Ski-Out. The unit is cozy, warm and has everything you will need for that perfect family getaway to the mountains. Just bring some food, drinks and friends. We have everything else covered. The kitchen has all of the modern appliances you'll need, comfortable living space and great beds. It really is a great location for all of your adventures. Fantastic spot to get away!! The place was extremely clean, loved that there was a TV in each room (my teen loved that there was a TV in his room), kitchen was LOADED with everything that was needed, there is only an AC box in the main living area & was on when we arrived! (no AC in bedrooms - but there was portable fans available for both rooms which we appreciated). Deck was wonderful view & very private. Hot tub was hot! We had a small hiccup that the jets weren’t working-but VERY quick response from hosts to flip the breaker - and worked right away! Wifi sometimes was spotty-but we were ok with that. The unit was quiet-the quiet times were observed by neighbours. Only slight negative thing is the verbiage between VRBO & Hosts/Alpine Lodging was checkout times were listed differently some listed 10am, and some spots was listed at 11am.
