The property and rooms were great. The only let down was that there was no front desk or anyone there to check you in. Myself and another guest were trying to check in and neither one of us could get a hold of anyone to tell us what room we were in. The house keeping staff was helpful in getting us to our rooms eventually but this was very frustrating to deal with.

VERY DATED, felt like a 1960’s room, lots of wear! Property was also from the past. Very dated, worn and not in such great shape.

The Tuckerman’s Suite was Spectacular, all the comforts of home. The Breakfast’s were delicious and lots of choice. The staff in the dining room were Great, friendly and always making sure you were happy. Amy at the front desk was Terrific always making sure everything was great. Had a massage with Jonna it was Great. All the staff were so attentive and friendly. The only thing was the elevator that we had problems with but the staff was always happy to fix it. The Inn was Beautiful. Could not ask for a better place.
