No one was ever idle, nothing was left undone, and they worked constantly and seamlessly, e.g. at breakfast everything was tidied and cleaned straight away, everything replenished, at the front desk, staff were ensuring they had everything to hand and the public areas were spotless, etc. It was a seamless operation.
